Thank you Lantau Base Camp and Hong Kong Sports Clinic for all of your support, we are so lucky to have 2 incredible organisations as pillars of our running journeys.

Located in Mui wo, LBC balances purpose and profit by providing top quality gear and nutrition alongside community events. Join them for one of their weekly runs and keep an eye out for their regular workshops. They also provide a bag drop and shower service, and have a really comfortable post run sofa you can chill out on with their ADORABLE and very cuddly dogs.

HKSC, on Pottinger St in Central, is the best physio in Hong Kong. They have fixed me numerous times and have a team of top notch experts to treat all sorts. They also have a fantastic programme for Domestic helpers, where they offer free therapy services. And if you have unused kit or medical equipment, send it their way so it can be redistributed to people that need it.
