Bridesmaid Favours

This was so much fun, creating a fashion illustration of the bride-to-be @jenn__feng_ with each of her bridesmaids, to give them as little wedding gifts. (The dress is the one she wore to her engagement party πŸ§‘πŸ’›πŸ’š)

HK4TUC - International Women's Day

Happy International Women's Day!

Dedicated to the incredible women who completed the 2019 edition of @hk4tuc , a 298k self supported ultra run in Hong Kong.

The tenacity, dedication and will power required to complete a challenge of this magnitude is truly inspirational. You ladies have shown us what is possible with hard work and self belief. I think you are all completely amazing!! @nikki.han.12 made history as the first woman (and 9th ever in the history of the event) to Break 60 hours, finishing 3rd overall in 58:20 hours. Nikki is from the United Kingdom and is based in Hong Kong

Chris Kwan, Hong Kong, finished in 66:10
@Habiba_bee , France (based in Hong Kong), 68:54

Previous survivors include:

2018 Meredith Quinlan, Australia, 66:50
2018 Lu Ming Chu, Taiwan, 73:42
2017 Fanny Wu, Hong Kong, 73:26
2016 @jerifatburd, Singapore, 77:10

HKSC | Cardeaux

3 months ago, I tore 3 of my glutes and my piriformis - apparently quite the 'unique injury'; most likely from my bad biomechanics, and lack of strength training.

Ive been going to see @cardsbeargrylls at Hong Kong Sports Clinic , and she has helped tailor me a specific rehab programme to help get me back where I belong: on the trails and hopefully racing again :D

Here she is dry needling my butt, an experience that is painful but in a really good way (much like foam rollers / DOMs / deep stretching). If you need a physio, I cannot recommend this superstar highly enough!
Thanks Cards! Here's to a 2019 year of non-wonky knees and a superbutt!

HK4tUC | Will Hayward

One year ago, I crewed Will Hayward on his @hk4tuc mission of 298k, self supported (except trail to trail transport) across Hong Kong's 4 major trails. An incredible feat of human endurance, that Will completed with zero complaints and lots of smiles. I'm still in awe. .

I drew this to mark the one year anniversary of this awe inspiring achievement. Looking forward to crewing again, for Jen this year.
